Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support.fitbeautyco@gmail.com with your order number and photo/video proof. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene standards, opened skincare, beauty products, and intimate fitness accessories cannot be returned unless defective.

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs for non-defective returns.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
