1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Delivered in 3 to 5 business days following order processing.
(Please allow slight variations during high-volume promotional sales or peak holiday seasons).

3. Order Tracking

Once your package ships, we will send an email with a tracking number and link. You can track your package directly through the tracking link provided.

4. Shipping Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you need to make changes, contact us at support.fitbeautyco@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed by our fulfillment center, the shipping address cannot be changed.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please inspect your order immediately and contact us at support.fitbeautyco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery so we can send a free replacement or process a resolution for you.
